Content - Executive Leadership Program

The corporate Executive Leadership Program (ELP) runs for 12 to 18 months and comprises three clinical modules of two to three days each, creating a "reflective space" for executives or executive teams. The ELP has three very specific executive content pillars. However, they can be easily adapted to client’s specific requirements.

Leading a ölarge organization is the 2nd pillar in the program. Know why an organization reacts in a certain way, why it refuses change at certain times. Knowing how to deal with the (non-) executive board is an important aspects in influencing others.
