Content - Senior Leadership Program

The corporate Senior Leadership Program (SLP) runs for 12 to 18 months and comprises four to six modules of three to four days each. The SLP creates a "reflective space" for senior leaders, managers, experts and talents and has three content pillars. They can be easily adapted to client’s specific requirements.

1. Lead Yourself

Form your unique personal leadership identity and aspiration

To lead others well, you need to be able to know and lead yourself – to form your unique personal leadership identity; to know why you react in a certain way and how you can deal with it, to know your basic principles and values, adult development stage and to define your personal leadership aspiration. This knowledge becomes a key differentiator for you in becoming a truly balanced and distinctive leader of yourself in today’s challenging context.

Build trust-based relationships and live situational leadership

Leading other individuals, teams or units is the 2nd pillar in the program. To know why teams and units react in a certain way, why they refuse change at certain times and how to deal with this are important aspects in influencing others. Knowing how to communicate, how to negotiate for success, and how to build trust-based relationships within corporations are important elements in a distinctive leader of others.

In addition, participants will learn how to define, structure and solve problems – the way top management consulting firms do it. Excellent management and  implementation are two key success factors in distinctive leaders.
